What happens once I’ve chosen a speaker or MC?
Once availability is confirmed, we’ll guide you through the booking process, including agreements, scheduling, and any event-specific requirements. Our aim is to make the experience simple, clear, and seamless.
What are rates for a speaker or MC?
Speaker and MC rates vary depending on the individual, their experience, and the type of engagement. Fees are typically influenced by factors such as event length, format, location, and speaker profile. We’re happy to discuss your requirements and recommend options to suit your event and budget.
What if the speaker is not in my area?
If your chosen speaker or MC is based outside your event location, travel and accommodation requirements may apply. We’ll work with you to coordinate these details and ensure everything is arranged seamlessly.
Is a deposit required to secure a booking?
Yes. A 20% deposit is required to confirm and secure your speaker or MC booking. Dates cannot be held without a deposit, as speakers’ schedules are often booked in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled engagement are non-refundable. For cancellations made outside this timeframe, deposits may be transferred at the speaker’s discretion, subject to availability.
